Every organization has a turnover of some sort – whether it’s held in a quarterly, annual or twice-a-year basis, all organizations are always expected to turn over the responsibilities to another generation of leaders.
Ex-Link Events will be helping the Inner Wheel Clubs of the Philippines organize their first Virtual Induction and Turnover Ceremonies this July 4, 2020. This will be marked in the organization’s history as the first virtual edition of a formal event which symbolizes the start of another year in IWCPI’s service.
Normally, formal events are by invitation only, but with the New Normal upon us, it’s forbidden to hold mass gatherings. While putting your formal events online for everyone to see is unconventional, the possibilities are limitless.
One, you are welcoming everyone to see how an organization conducts its ceremonies. Two, this is a way to showcase your organization and invite more people to support your cause.
