MICE industry leaders in the Philippines are set to speak at the upcoming 3rd Events Management 101 Conference set this September 26-27, 2019, Tower Club Makati City.
The recent Philippine MICE Roadmap 2030 provided the direction for the government and private sector on how to grow the MICE Industry.
Having said this, there is a need for more MICE professionals to be trained in order to serve the expected demand in the MICE Industry.
Recently, there was a spike in the number of meetings, incentive travel, conventions and exhibitions in the country.
The Philippines achieved the highest tourism growth last year at 7.1 Million tourist arrivals.
Buoyed by this upswing, DOT presented to the private sector its priority projects, one of the priority is the increase of MICE events.
